1. Delivery areas

We typically deliver within Germany.
If you require delivery to another country, please contact us in advance by email at support@deluxdome.com so that we can check the shipping options individually.

2. Delivery times

Delivery within Germany typically takes 2 to 5 business days .
Custom -made or personalized products may take longer – please refer to the respective product page for details.
Please note: There is no shipping on Sundays or public holidays .

3. Shipping service provider

We ship your order with reliable logistics partners such as DHL, Hermes, or DPD .
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (if available).

4. Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link , which allows you to check the current delivery status at any time.

5. Local pickup

Local pickup is currently not possible , as we only deliver via shipping service providers.

6. Transport damage

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt .
If the goods are visibly damaged , please have this confirmed in writing by the delivery person and contact us immediately at support@deluxdome.com.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
